Malbec
Malbec ist eine alte, sehr edle rote Rebsorte. Malbec wird auch als "Cot" - "Pressac" oder "Auxerrois" bezeichnet. Die Malbec-Traube war ursprünglich in Frankreich stark verbreitet. Sie wurde besonders im Bordeaux als Ergänzung zum Cabernet-Sauvignon und zum Cabernet-Franc angebaut und eingesetzt. Inzwischen hat die Malbec-Traube ihre größte Verbreitung in Argentinien, Chile und Australien.
